Motivating CEO’s in an interview
One-to-one research interviews drive knowledge-based engagements by gathering critical business insights from hard-to-reach audiences. However, the art and science of this process is understood to a lesser degree, than warranted by its significance. In our previous infographic, we had explored ‘The Interview Expedition’ from the perspective of an interviewer. Here, we turn the tables and assume the perspective of a senior-level respondent and consider what motivates them to share their mind with the interviewer.
